Andres McKenzie is an American actor who was a former Kidsongs kid seen in Kidsongs: Ride the Roller Coaster (best mentioned at the end of the film where he saw the fireworks with the other kids). He also appeared in Bicycle Safety Camp as Boomer in 1989 and in Beethoven in 1992.
