Garrett Quillin is an actor who played the boy with one boot playing a lute in Kidsongs: Very Silly Songs and appeared in Rappin' N' Rhymin' (where he was credited as Garret Quillin and was joined by former Kidsongs kid Tino Michaels). He possibly replaced Nicholas Matus in 1990 and was replaced by Neil Nicholson in 1992.
