Trivia

  • This is one of the 2 videos to have less than 16-28 kids; there are 14 kids in this video. It follows the next format, during Kidsongs: Baby Animal Songs.
  • Production for this video took place in 1991.
  • The video was taped at Santa Clarita Studios in Santa Clarita, California.
  • Some viewers who watched it already call it as "The Kidsongs Christmas Special", due to PBS' programming.
  • The soundtrack version released in 1998, has the songs that are in the video put in random and not in the video's order, as in the original 1992 cassette.
  • In "All I Want for Christmas (is My Two Front Teeth)", it was Lauren Jackson who led the Kids in the song.
  • According to the credits, the falling lord concept is done by Neil as in "The 12 Days of Christmas", the lord tries to leap but falls down and later he tries again the third time.
  • This is one of the two videos to have less than 16-28 kids. Another one (Baby Animal Songs) was in 1995, following the same format.
  • The song "Silent Night" is heard as an underscore.
  • This is the fifth and final Kidsongs video to have a "The End" card after Kidsongs: A Day with the Animals, Kidsongs: A Day at Camp, Kidsongs: Ride the Roller Coaster, and Kidsongs: Very Silly Songs.
  • Miss Morgenstern's name literally translates to "morning star" in German.
  • Bermina Jackson, Lauren's older sister cameo appeared in this video.
  • This is the first particular Kidsongs Christmas video to have 4 songs be put in a TV series.
  • In 2020, the album, Kidsongs: Christmas Songs For Kids: Greatest hits was released with 27 songs from the 1998 album and from the digital album Christmas Songs For Kids Vol. 2 (Album).
