Peter Russell "Russ" Fremin (born 1958) is a male actor who plays Silly Willy in Very Silly Songs, the dance instructor in I Can Dance! and Mr. Frost in The Kidsongs Television Show. He also stars in musical theatre. He performs amateur musical productions. Mr Frost also appears in animated form in Kidsongs Musical Mystery video game.
